Suspect Found in Shelby, NC After Charleston, S.C. Mass Shooting.

In Charleston, S.C. A white man opened fire on Wednesday night at one of the oldest historically Black churches in the U.S. called Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church. 

Eight people were found dead inside the church while two were rushed to the hospital. One of the victims who was rushed to the hospital died.

One brave victim was a Five-year-old girl who played dead, who is now alive and recovering. Police said only three people survived.

Suspect, Dylann Roof has been found and arrested. Roof was arrested during a traffic stop in Shelby, N.C. 

The U.S. Justice Department has said that it is investigating the attack at Emmanuel AME Church as a hate crime. 

Rev. Clementa Pinckney, church pastor and S.C. State senator was found dead. Five other victims that were identified are Rev. Sharonda Singleton, Ethel Lee Lance, Myra Thompson, Cynthia Hurd and a college graduate, Tywanaza Sanders.

Many prayers go out to the city of Charleston and to the family, friends and loved ones grieving today.
